We’ll unload the affected pallets, pick up fallen cases, and restack the load – tightly shrink-wrapped, banded if needed, and ready to satisfy the strictest receiver. We come prepared with all the supplies: standard pallets (including CHEP/PECO if required by certain retailers), wrapping materials, pallet jacks and forklifts – whatever it takes to put your freight back in ship-shape. Our team has seen it all: from a few leaning pallets to entire trailer collapses. No matter the size of the mess, we get it sorted and reload your trailer efficiently. If parts of the load are damaged, we’ll set it aside per your instructions (or dispose if needed), and ensure only intact, properly stacked goods continue to the customer.
